- Slack message to brenna from KEL: Hello, everyone! @Brenna Campbell , there is a complete 3rd run of the yearbooks that have been set aside for digitization and the lot can be guillotined (@Alexis A. (she/her) mentioned this, confirmed by @Lynn D.). I mentioned this to @Esmé, who suggested we reach out to you before you contacted Christa and Amanda. If the entirety of the collection can be guillotined, this would be a great collection to request outsourced batch feed scanning for, through IDI (as an example). IDI already has a good relationship with Mudd materials and Alexis and her group have a solid workflow down. this would also help your own bandwidth in conservation. I would propose we ask for the entirety to be done, with the understanding that certain years would be marked as private until aprproved to make open in figgy. thoughts?

From Brenna: Spoke with Christa, and there are some limitations on using a sheet feeder for this material, as well as some unresolved metadata questions. Christa is going to reach out to more stakeholders and start working on an RFP to send to vendors. Does funding need to be identified as well?
