Adjust RBSC Non-Princeton registration page (Permanent Address) #107

Under the “Permanent Address” Section

  1. Move “Country” before “State/ Province”
  2. Make “Country” a drop down selection
  3. Make State/ Province a drop down selection (based on which country has been chosen)

@Esarconi We try to avoid using drop downs when possible. Are people inputting incorrect values in these fields?
