Library Databases: remove HTML tags #144

Expected behavior

If a library databases result includes HTML tags, they should be removed. This is the current discovery_utils behavior.

Actual behavior

The HTML tags are retained, and displayed verbatim to the user. See this example, the second result in Library Databases.

Steps to replicate

  1. Go to https://allsearch-api.princeton.edu/search/database?query=proquest%20new%20york%20times
  2. Note that the second result includes <a href
