What maintenance needs to be done?

Use the Lux header component.

[x] Moderate
[ ] Low

Why is this maintenance needed?

In order to maintain consistent branding, we want to use Lux across our portfolio

Acceptance criteria

[x] Uses the LuxLibraryHeader component
[x] Still displays menu
[x] Has PUL logo that is aligned in region of the page in the same fashion as the main website.

See Approvals for an example of using this header. Make sure text sizing defaults in lux match the website.
