Include enum/chron on request slips #172

Hi These paging requests from Blacklight don’t show the enum/chron information for these East Asian titles. Do you know who could look into this? It’s apparently a big issue for the staff at EA since the titles have many volumes. We verified that the records have the enum/chron filled in.
