PO number not in PO Line Cancellation notice #184

Follow-up from #183. The PO number is not available in the cancellation notice XML.

This is not a case of a blank field but a missing field. In the default XML, the PO number was in po/number. <po/> doesn't come through in the real-life cancellation XML.

Double-checking for the value of the PO in the XML (in case it's in a different field) shows it isn't there at all.

Example: POL-8642, PO-118002.

Putting in a ticket to ExLibris: case #00996951

While the Salesforce ticket is pending, I'm removing the PO number label from the letter and moving the date left.
