"Main Menu" issues in BB #9

The main menu link in BB doesn't seem to work properly. We should see what functionality it provides or just remove it. In the "full" ARES view it just takes you to an index page of courses. Since BB is in the context of the course I'm not sure what the utility here is.

<li class="active"><a href="<#ACTION action="10" form="10">">Main Menu</a></li> not sure what action 10 or form 10 means since the ares documentation does not include them.

Would we want to remove this option only in the student view or both student and instructor views?
