delete non-ReCAP archival items from the catalog

Before we implement #397 , we want to delete all non-requestable, non-ReCAP archival item records from Alma to minimize the risk of item duplication. These records do not need to be managed in Alma, so there's no risk associated with removing them unless they're linked e.g. to a PO.

We'll need to wait until the last moment to do this--don't implement yet!

@doncat thanks for your help with this. Would it be possible to get a list of the deletion set for our reference? We don't need it in advance necessarily, so after the deletion is fine.
