Run a benchmarking job over everything to test the new staging infrastructure #488

Re-save all resource records in a particular repo to benchmark the performance of the new staging infrastructure, especially as compared to how long the same job is taking on the old infrastructure (40+ hours at this point for all repos).

Lyrasis made firewall changes to staging that are locking out the aspace-client. They will address it when they are back from holiday break.
