Record with mms_id: 99112325153506421 indexes only one holding #1270

This is one of the records that were moved to remote_storage. At the time we indexed alma-qa the record had 2 holdings regardless of the remote_storage location.

Republish again as in https://github.com/pulibrary/bibdata/issues/1268 and test that this mms_id will index two holding ids in holdings_1display.

I reindexed it and it includes "mendel$res" and "mendel$pk". I still don't see the 2 holdings in catalog-qa but I see them locally. I will update the locations in bibdata-alma-qa and reindex again.

I updated the location in bibdata-alma-qa and reindexed the record and and both holdings appear in the record https://catalog-alma-qa.princeton.edu/catalog/99112325153506421/
