Terms replaced with Change the Subject should still show up in browse lists #1728

When a term is replaced, it currently does not show up in the subject browse lists, e.g., Illegal aliens does not show up here: https://catalog.princeton.edu/browse/subjects?search_field=browse_subject&q=Illegal+aliens

Notes

As part of the authority integration with Blacklight, terms designated as preferred by the change the subject group need to be shown as the preferred terms.
