Update Label(s) of Firestone Microforms Delivery Location

Description

The PF delivery location is moving to Firestone Circulation rather than it's own distinct location in Firestone Library. The actual location code "PF" will remain as that mirrored in SCSB's configuration. We are only changing the label.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Joan/Marie communicate to ATT this date for this change has been set.
• [x] Change label from "Firestone Library, Microforms" to just "Firestone Library" in the delivery_locations table for https://bibdata.princeton.edu/locations/delivery_locations/6
• [x] Changel label from "Firestone Library, Microforms (Firestone Use Only) " to just "Firestone Library" in the delivery_locations table for https://bibdata.princeton.edu/locations/delivery_locations/28.
• [ ] Propagate change to Production environment.
