What maintenance needs to be done?
Remove the
locations:delivery_holding_locationsrake taskLevel of urgency
Why is this maintenance needed?
This rake task is no longer used, and no longer works. Removing it would simplify the project.

This rake task calls
LocationsToFileService, which was removed in #2010
