MMS/ Bib 9985426513506421 Needs Additional dcl Code Raised #162

Hi folks:

We have two sets of fiche attached to the same record, as if they were two volumes of an MVW. However, from the Bib record, we see that "Fiche no. 4035A and no. 4035B appear to be duplicate copies."

If we keep 4035A as dcl:rc8, might we have a new dcl code raised for 4035B? [EDIT: Where are my manners? "Please might we have ..."]

I don't really know what this takes - I assume it's a new MARC record? @escowles @kelynch?

Apologies. @escowles controls the "master list" of new dcl codes. (I should really have assigned this to him.) It'll just need another line in the main MARC record, I think -- so the Bib # can remain unchanged.

I've assigned a new DCL number to 4035b, and updated the object in Figgy. I've also documented the process in the README for next time: https://github.com/pulibrary/cicognara-catalogo/pull/163
