From the student summer 2024 retrospective: it would be helpful to have a single piece of documentation that documents all of our applications, the connections between them, and the tools we use to work with them (e.g. ansible). It's a lot for one person to keep in mind at any time, so having a single place to consult when discussing tickets would be very valuable.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] The pul-it-handbook contains a list of DACS projects with a brief description of what it does
[ ] The same page describes the connections between the various projects
[ ] The same page also describes tools that we use frequently, like ansible, capistrano, and lando, and how they connect to the projects
Notes
If we could show this visually (with a text equivalent, of course), it would be nice
This is similar to #144 -- maybe we could combine them?
