The suggestion to rewrite this page came from a team meeting wherein we looked at the handbook together. Notes included:

look into Duplication/Overlap with Administrative Resources “Leave” portion and Vacation page
Add a link to the O’Reilly Tech books (free access through PUL) and to PUL’s Suggest A Book Purchase page
