Allow for customization/stylizing of fonts and addition of links within saved search descriptions #805

Suggested most recently by Gabriel Swift in regards to his Western Americana exhibit. It would be useful to have the same functionally as is available in the text widget for text within a feature or about page in the saved search edit field (Bold, Italic, Header, Link/unlink, etc...).

Use case: As a builder, I would like options to make text bold, italic, underlined, or a heading, and insert links within a saved search as I would do within a text widget on an about or feature page. examples:

  1. feature page with that functionality for text: https://dpul.princeton.edu/pudl0017/feature/the-western-americana-photograph-collection
  2. Saved Search/Browse category without: https://dpul.princeton.edu/pudl0017/browse/the-western-americana-photograph-collection
