There are publications that need to be released.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

[x] Confirm with Yuan re: which elements publications need to be released
[x] Confirm that they have been published and are visible
[x] DM / email Yuan that this has been done
[ ] Someone other than James should ride shotgun

The following departments must be released:

Computer Science
Chemical and Biological Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
Operational Research and Financial Engineering
Civil and Environmental Engineering

https://github.com/pulibrary/dspace-jruby/pull/27 ports many of the updates which were needed for using dspace-jruby as a Gem dependency in the server environments.

These should now be released using the dspace-cli utility. I am going to first confirm that this is indeed the case before providing an update to the user who requested these batch updates.

I have provided an update to the requesting user using a Slack DM, and I am currently awaiting their response.
