RDOS, Special Collections, and PPPL have individually expressed the desire to analyze usage of items and collections in DataSpace. In the case of RDOS and PPPL, there are staff who would be able to use database and Solr data sets to generate their own reports, using their own tooling. However in order to do this, there needs to be a data set staged somewhere internally for them to work with.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] A job that can be executed as a cron job at the command line extracts database data and Solr search index data.
[ ] Extracted data is programmatically staged somewhere internal but accessible to appropriate parties (for example, Google Drive)
[ ] Stakeholders in RDOS and PPPL sign off that the data set is useful and workable.
