DataSpace WorkFlowItem "Oral histories of the Johnson administration, 1963-1969" cannot be published #717

As reported by a curator user:

There seems to be a DSpace submission stuck in a some status that isn't allowing it to be archived. The title is "Oral histories of the Johnson administration, 1963-1969" submitted by Deborah Paparone. Can someone please get this unstuck so it can archived? It's currently listed in "Owned Tasks" for me. But when I click either "Commit to Archive" or "Return to Pool," nothing happens & it remains in "Owned Tasks".

This was archived and is now available using the following: https://dataspace.princeton.edu/handle/88435/dsp01pn89d982t. Because I could not impersonate either the reporting user (who did have the authorization to archive this Item), nor could I impersonate the submitter user, I failed to diagnose the possible cause for this.
