A few minor improvements:

[x] Remove html library import (not used)
[x] Adjust blank lines according to PEP8 for methods and classes. See: https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0008/#blank-lines
[x] Limit to 79 character (PEP8)
[x] Fix minor indentation on methods and classes
[x] Update docstrings to describe input parameters
[x] data_dir input parameter is not used when Scraper is initialized
