@kelynch and I had noticed an issue that impacts the migration to PDC. Upon inspection of the DOE OSTI DOIs, we noticed that some use ARKs URLs while others use DataSpace (e.g., https://dataspace.princeton.edu/handle/...).

I believe the ARKs were previously used when the Lab had manually submitted records.
We will need to contact OSTI to see if this can be fixed by simply updating the site_url field.
