Added a DOI column since it's very difficult to know within DataSpace whether a dataset already has a DOI from OSTI. Here, we download the RDSS tracking sheet from here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/148EHw1FuYhd4kqov5UA04cpSekMGGlAy3zakBwuowFo/edit#gid=684248489
We use the redirects.json to match by ARKs and provide the DOI in a matched table.
