This addresses the following:

Providing documentation for the importation of single and multi-author theses using the Python and tcsh scripts
Introducing support for testing against Python 2.7.z releases
Adding clean-simple-archives, import, unwrap, init-simple-archives, and prepare-to-dataspace tcsh scripts
Fixing UTF-8 encoding issues in the Python scripts
Adding pandas for writing Excel Spreadsheets

Resolves #24, #7, #20, and #21

245e9d8 seemed to resolve the breaking pipenv install command for CircleCI.

A number of additional commits were needed in order to fix the CircleCI build, I will squash these.

This needs to be updated in order to deprecate the unwrap script.

This also needs to be updated in order to ensure that the multi-author submissions are only imported once (Cancelled submissions should not be included in the export).

This should be deprecated in favor of using a separate, new pull request based upon https://github.com/pulibrary/dspace-python/tree/thesis-central-import-multiauthor-rebase
