Include only the bib id field 001 and title, marc field 245.

Command for slim-indexing file using traject: traject -c marc_to_solr/lib/slim_traject_config.rb -w Traject::DebugWriter -o out.txt 1520931620

50000 records in 37.827 seconds; 1321.8 records/second overall
