This would reduce the complexity within https://github.com/pulibrary/marc_liberation for caching and using ARKs for retrieving Manifests, along with functionality within https://github.com/pulibrary/orangelight for generating the "Digital content" link, thumbnails (please see https://github.com/pulibrary/orangelight/issues/1280), and integrating the Universal Viewer.
