Some child raster resources have same ARK id as parent scanned map #3405

A number of raster resources are assigned the same ARK ids as their parent resource. I can't replicate this behavior in the UI, so this must have been an issue during import.

We need to assign new ARKs for the child resources and refresh the ARK metadata for the parents.
