Bulk ingest for single items are ingested as MVWs #3604

As reported by a user:

Lapidus ingest went in as a title-only MVW instead of 49 unique title-only items.

The files can be found on the isilon mount in pudl/hudson_lapidus/ingest

Yes, this will definitely be fixed with the BrowseEverything upgrade.
