Ephemera Ingest Broken #6408

Sudden Priority Justification

This is preventing material from ingesting, and if we wait too long those jobs will fall out of the retry queue.

I think what happened is in the UI they picked a folder full of boxes, where we expected them to pick a folder full of folders. The bulk ingest code is set up so that it expects if it finds a sub-folder it'll need to create something, and here it won't.

We determined that they'd add each individual box.
