We had a report today of a patron unable to reach a "campus only" resource from on campus. Checking our ip configuration, it looks like we have configured only the "globally-routable IP network ranges" from the oit networking documentation we were using. We need to add the secure and general network segments as documented in the "wireless network segmentation" knowledge base article.
VPN should work if campus access doesn't. However, we should also double-check the vpn IPs and domains, since Christa also reported being unable to access from the VPN when helping this patron troubleshoot.
