Many bad tiffs on resource "Khamsah" #6437

The resource doesn't have a depositor so I'm not sure who to contact. In the meantime I'm deleting many failing characterization jobs having to do with this resource.

sudden priority justification

It's best to handle these failure resources early so that they are still in the relevant workflow stage.
