Update Rights and Permissions URL in UV #6478

Summary

Might be good to update URL, versus relying on the redirect, to the new website page post-migration.

Rights and Permissions, https://library.princeton.edu/about/policies/copyright-and-permissions-policies

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Clicking the "Rights and Permissions" button in the viewer goes to https://library.princeton.edu/about/policies/copyright-and-permissions-policies instead of https://library.princeton.edu/takedown-request

First Step

[ ] Search for "takedown-request" and change that URL.

Impact

Please include hard deadlines, if the exhibit is part of an event, the issue is stopping work, etc.

[ ] within the next 3 weeks
[ ] PO will prioritize

Sudden Priority Justification

Required if "asap" or "within the next 3 weeks" is checked. Add "Sudden Priority" and "Maintenance/Research" labels

After conversations between @escowles and Matthew Kopel: The Rights and Permissions link is being changed to "https://library.princeton.edu/about/policies/copyright-and-permissions-policies" (Also changed in original ticket information above. Screenshot has also been updated.
