Update the sql table to be formatted in the new sortable call number format
The new format was tested utilizing the code here: https://gist.github.com/carolyncole/85fd2939bb52c52338b108e9e3c9f6a9
The sortable call number does not match the old format of the lctr_Octavos_cn table. The table_update.sql was run to convert between the old format and the new format.
