We don't want to refer folks to the request form from the modal window for the maps. The options on the catalog show page should clearly handle if the item is requestable. This advances the goal of not having this application care anything about record status and just have it focus on the single purpose of mapping items to their shelf location. This error is being generated by links provided by the book locater for items that are not "on the shelf": https://github.com/pulibrary/orangelight/issues/2395.
