Migrate Content to WDS Site Builder Platform

Communications staff have been engaged in this migration and will work with IT staff to move the site content to site builder.

[x] Request new site to be provisioned in Site Builder
[x] Content audit and feature review (Coms staff + IT)
[x] Migrate general site content (Comms Staff)
[x] Migrate webforms (IT)
[x] Migrate Photo Galleries (IT)
[x] Review updated site with friends stakeholders (Coms Staff)
[x] Construct any needed redirects based on content migration (WDS)
[x] Move friends domain to sitebuilder platform to make site live (IT/WDS)
[x] Set TTL on lib-adc to 10 minutes to help facilitate site transition on go live date.
[x] Confirm new site is up after OIT notifies us it's been made live.

Need to consult with Comms stakeholders on the final two points and confirm the date they want these in place.

Added commit https://github.com/pulibrary/friends_of_pul/pull/152 to facilitate domain transfer per WDS request.
