The number of records we sent for updating in the past 3 weeks led to a 40-day backlog of updates for SCSB. They have been processing the older files interleaved with the new files coming. This has resulted in a loss of data that we cannot easily recover from.
The solution given by HTC is to place our submitCollection files in data-feed/submitcollections/PUL/cgd_protection/RegularUpdates/ in scsb-prod instead of the current place.
It is unknown when (or if) the file path will revert to the current path.
