In LibCal -> System Settings -> Language Options -> Spaces & Equipment, there is a customization for "Sorry, this exceeds the limit {frequency} {range}" that reads, "Sorry, this exceeds the 40-hour limit per week across all locations, with a week running Sunday through Saturday. Please contact refdesk@princeton.edu to request additional time in the Library." This only reflects room bookings, not equipment lending.

Deleted this customization, which changes language back to default. For any space/item, language will now read: "{Space/Item}: Sorry, this exceeds the limit per {set frequency} in this category."
