Adds Floors to Libraries. Basic CRUD only... interface updates necessary for better usability.

@sdellis generally you shouldn't merge your own PRs. Next time you have a PR that's ready to go, could you alert us so we can review and merge? All of these commits really should have been squashed into a single one.
