migrate confluence prod to jammy

• [x] create new vm confluence-prod1 (VK)
  • [x] add additional 110 GB (VK)
  • [x] add new temporary IP to loadbalancer (commented out) (FK/VK)
• [x] install confluence (FK/VK)
  • [x] install new version of postgres (FK/VK)
  • [x] perform database dump and transfer (maintenance window)
  • [x] transfer files (include server.xml) (note: no need to transfer backups)
• [x] enable backup to google cloud
• [x] enable veeam backup
• [x] uncomment IP on loadbalancer
• [x] PROFITS!
