Proposal:

Split https://app.datadoghq.com/monitors/4362390 into 2 monitors 1 for solr8 machines and 1 for solr9 machines.
Leave solr9 machines alert off until they're in use.
Once this is done, remove the note on the existing monitor about muting for lib-solr-prod1, 2, 3

Question:

Why is this monitor checking the catalog-staging collection on production boxes? Is this what we want?
