(Mostly) Decommission getit

The getit service is no longer in active use. We may need to keep some redirects on the load balancer, but otherwise we can decommission the project.

• [ ] Power down VMs and disconnect them from the network:
  • Getit-Prod
  • Getit-Dev

After 30 days, if that doesn't break anything:

• [ ] remove network record (Host database entry) using ServiceNow form
• [ ] remove from firewall rules.
• [ ] remove from BigFix.
• [ ] remove from inventory spreadsheet.
• [ ] remove from backup solutions (Cohesity, Veeam) if applicable
• [ ] remove computer account from domain (if joined)
