Select Staging VMS of project from inventory of princeton ansible

Rename them

[ ] bibdata-staging1.lib.princeton.edu
[x] bibdata-staging2.lib.princeton.edu
[ ] bibdata-worker-staging1.lib.princeton.edu
[x] bibdata-worker-staging2.lib.princeton.edu

Modify the nginx config (where applicable) to point to new hosts
