Ask POs for signoff on "new" Advanced Search Form

Reach out to @caroldh and @ellen-aa with a link to the new advanced search form with catalog-qa. It has the features turned on. Make sure it is pointed to the catalog-rebuild solr index, so they have a reasonable amount of data to search.

Implementation Notes

Make sure we let POs know that the catalog-rebuild index is a bit out of date from production.
