Add Genre facet

• Longer term, a cleanup of the data would be a worthwhile project (create a ticket for it when closing this one)

This is a select list of the major genres which should be filtered in from 600/610/650/651 subf x. I haven't put a great deal of thought into this, but it is a reasonable place to start. When public services get more involved I'm sure the list will be refined one way or the other. The ones with * mean that there are additional terms which might appear. Census, for example, appears both alone and with dates.
