Embargoed items only link to citations #26

Embargoed items have an additional field: pu.embargo.lift and pu.embargo.terms.

The link to DataSpace should have a label of "Citation only" instead of "Full text" and there should be a rights/restrictions note in the catalog to indicate the embargoed status.
