Turn off localhost collection for Plausible for production

For production go-live, change the script extension here to script.js instead of script.local.js to turn off localhost analytics collection.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] The script extension has been changed to the above specifications
• [ ] Analytics are confirmed as being collected from orcid.princeton.edu
• [ ] Analytics are confirmed as NOT being collected from locally-running instances of orcid_princeton
