The curator will recall the files from post-curation
The depositor has contacted PRDS to request adding files to published submission
The depositor cannot recall the files themselves. PRDS must be contacted.
The curator (PRDS) is able to press a button recalling the files from the "Post-curation" S3 to the "Pre-curation" S3.
New files go into pre-curation S3; The depositor can then make changes to the files
The depositor is able to edit the files that are now in the "Pre-curation" S3.
The depositor adds the files to the form if they are small enough, or provides them to the curator if they are larger.
Once the changes are made, the depositor will press a button to put the changes into review.
To avoid confusion, the language on the button should be the same as that used for pre-publishing.
The curator must approve the changed submission; Then it goes back into post-curation
Only the curator can re-approve the submission
Since files were added, the curator will change the record to reflect an appropriate versioning. (note: we want to automate this in the future, but for now making a version is manual.)
Once all changes have been made, the curator will press a button to approve the submission. The language on the button will be the same as in pre-publishing to avoid confusion.
The approved submission is pushed back into the "Post-curation" S3
