Can these S3 buckets be deleted? #1956

Can we investigate the S3 buckets that were being used for DataSpace and previous instances of Globus? Sounds like we should wait until after the migration is complete to delete anything, but we also don't want to be paying for storage for duplicate data.

[ ] prds-dataspace
[ ] pdc-globus-prod (I think this is from the first pass at globus?)
[ ] prds-dataspace-staging (This is empty)
