[x] Add the PPPL information from PDC Describe into the index via traject
[x] Create a new facet for PPPL Collection
[x] Display the information on the show page (like Community is now) in the More about this record
[x] The display should link to a search for the PPPL collection so you can see other items in the same PPPL collection utilizing the facet
