Data Table Updates - File size sort and README file sort #547

[x] When displaying the list of files in the Show page make sure the README shows first when using the default sort order (which is sort by file name). This will be particularly handy for works that have many files since it will make it easier for the researcher to make sure the README is up to date.

Sorting by file size is not sorting by bytes.

Notice how MB are sorted before KB in the screenshot (source: https://datacommons.princeton.edu/discovery/catalog/doi-10-34770-bm4s-t361) below.

[ ] When fixing this issue be sure to test with both PDC Describe and DataSpace records to make sure the sort works for both kind of records.
